You can delete your Nova Lux Labs account at any time. Choose the product below for instructions.
1+1
- Open the 1+1 app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your profile, matches, and messages are removed.
- [counsel-required] Confirm exact UI labels match the app build.
ideastage
- Once ideastage is live, in-app deletion will be available under Settings → Account.
- In the meantime, email us per the section below.
Vibeshield
- Open Vibeshield and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Organization-level data may require an admin to delete.
Email-based deletion (fallback)
If in-app deletion is unavailable, email info@novaluxlabs.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email tied to your account. Include which product(s) you want deleted.
What we keep, and why
After deletion, we retain a minimum set of records required for legal, tax, and anti-abuse purposes (for example, payment records and abuse history). The retention windows are:
- Payment records: [counsel-required] (typically 7 years for tax compliance).
- Abuse and safety logs: [counsel-required] (typically 1–2 years).
- All other personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Timeline
- Confirmation email within 7 days of your request.
- Full deletion within 30 days, subject to the retention exceptions above.
