- No harassment, threats, or hate speech.
- No illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to our systems.
- No use of the AI features to generate content that violates our policies or applicable law.
- No use of Vibeshield to scan systems you are not authorized to test.
6. User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nova Lux Labs LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as needed to provide the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Some Nova Lux Labs products offer paid plans. Purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms' billing terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled per the originating platform's policy.
8. Intellectual property
Nova Lux Labs and its products are protected by intellectual property laws.Nova Lux Labs LLC retains all rights not expressly granted.
9. Termination
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security or legal reasons.
10. Disclaimers
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Lux Labs LLC's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify Nova Lux Labs LLC for losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the products.
