- Login and account issues — open the app, go to Settings → Help, or email us.
- Matching not working — confirm location services are enabled and your profile is complete.
- Payment or subscription issues — refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We can guide you to the correct request flow.
ideastage
- In-app help is available once the platform is live; until then, email us directly.
Vibeshield
- Scan failures — check the supported file types and project size limits in the app.
- Organization and seat management — reach out via info@novaluxlabs.net.
Account and billing
Subscription management is handled in-app. Refunds for App Store / Google Play purchases must be requested through the originating platform. For Stripe-billed products (ideastage, Vibeshield), email us with the email tied to your account.
